Dream Home Services is your personal General Contractor, with one exception. As a Management company (vs. a G.C.) our program works for you on a “fixed fee” that is set prior to breaking ground. That fee will never change and is set in stone. Yet at the same time it allows you to make changes and decisions during the build without traditional “Change Order” costs. This means that there is no incentive to inflate builder costs. In fact, exactly the opposite occurs. We act as your agent and ally. We help with site selection, we handle and work with the architect, we secure all needed permits and we run the entire job site and every Sub-Contractor on the job. We are there for the benefit of the client and only the client. We negotiate the contracts and work to Save the Client money. Our goal is to bring the project in below budget! This would be unheard of by a General Contractor.
Yet Dream Home Services does even more… we prepare all cost breakdowns for the bank-requirements, we secure all bids and negotiate with all “Sub Contractors” needed for the build. Dream Home Services acts on behalf of the Homeowner and the client throughout the entire process in every way needed.

Bank Draws and needed documents/inspections done by D.H.S.
